Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Floor Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in flooring installation and a dedication to delivering craftsmanship and precision in all their work.

Responsibilities:

Install various types of flooring including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet.
Prepare installation sites by cleaning the area and removing any old flooring or materials.
Measure and cut flooring materials to fit around obstacles and into tight corners.
Use a variety of tools and equipment to install padding, flooring, and trim.
Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard and meet customer expectations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing high-quality service and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Floor Installer or similar role.
Knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques.
Physical stamina and strength to move heavy equipment and flooring materials.
Precision and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification or training in floor installation is a plus.
