Our innovative faculty model offers the flexibility of remote work for qualified candidates, though some on-campus meetings, classes, and events will be required throughout the year. Candidates must be located within commuting distance to Palm Beach County, Florida.

About the Role:

As a nursing faculty member, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the learning journey of nursing students. Your mission will be to empower students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to deliver safe, effective, and collaborative care to clients, families, and communities. You will create engaging learning environments that foster cognitive, emotional, and practical skills, while also helping students develop the professional behaviors expected in nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement dynamic learning experiences that promote desired educational outcomes.
Guide and support students in developing professional skills and socialization.
Assess and evaluate student performance and progress.
Contribute to curriculum design and program development.
Act as a change agent, pursuing continuous improvement in nursing education and practice.
Demonstrate excellence in both teaching and nursing practice.
