-AC Premiere is a holding company that has a wide range of profit and nonprofit entities. We are looking to grow our team with an executive assistant to help us with our professional and philanthropic efforts
-Administrative/executive assistant(part time)
-Hybrid or virtual
-Time: 20 hours
-Pay: $20 to $25 per hour (depending on expoerience)
-Manage email and calendar
-manage billing and expenses
-Arrange business meetings and travel arrangements
-Coordinate internal/external events
-prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports as needed
-Manage and coordinate AC Premiere websites, newsletters, and social media
-manage third-party databases (crunchbase, salesforce, etc.)
-assist with due diligence efforts of program related activities
-maintain records for profit and nonprofit entities
-coordinate volunteers for nonprofit events
-Assist with efforts in finding donors for the foundation
-bachelors degree preferred
-highly adept in microsoft suite- outlook, word, excel, powerpoint, etc.
-must be familar with MAC OS, windows, chrome, etc.
-can familiarize oneself with different ooperating systems- ClickUp, DropBox, AirTable, and more
-characteristics: proactive; strong attention to detail; intergrity to the highest degree; disctreet(able to maintain strict confidentiality)
-Background and reference check required
-Candidate must have their own computer
