Site Controller

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Controller to oversee financial operations and provide strategic guidance for our manufacturing facility. The Site Controller will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, implementing financial policies and procedures, and managing budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations for the site
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the site management team
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage and develop accounting staff
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP system
• Proven experience as a Controller
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Nice to have: Experience with Sage and/or in a manufacturing environment
