Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel reservations managing inquiries making bookings and confirming room availability.
  
• Engage with guests via phone email and inperson interactions addressing reservation inquiries changes and cancellations.
  
• Assist guests during checkin and checkout processes ensuring a seamless experience and attending to special requests or concerns.
  
• Collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts as required.
