Job Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience is preferred.

• Experience in account retention and building lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
