Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Email Marketing Manager with expertise in Klaviyo to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics within the Klaviyo platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Manage and optimize automated workflows, segmentation, and personalization strategies within Klaviyo .
• Create, test, and refine email templates, subject lines, and messaging to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Monitor email deliverability, list health, and ensure compliance with industry regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling email creatives and copy.
• A/B test various elements of email campaigns to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to align email marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Maintain and continuously improve the email marketing calendar to ensure timely and relevant communication with customers.
• Stay up to date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on Klaviyo .
• Proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
• Strong understanding of email segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2C industries.
• Familiarity with CRM and other marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of SMS marketing strategies within Klaviyo.
• Experience integrating Klaviyo with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.

Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 60/hr to 66/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
