Staff Management Group is seeking an Electric Pallet Jack Operator for our client in Mahwah, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 4PM - 12:30AM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate

• $16.50 / hour

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electric Pallet Jack Operator to efficiently manage warehouse tasks. Responsibilities include operating an electric pallet jack to assemble and transport loads based on load sheets, marking out-of-stock items, and wrapping completed pallets for stability.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack to transport items within the warehouse or load pallets for delivery.
• Assemble pallets for shipping using a pallet jack.
• Load pallets onto trailers and organize them in trucks for transport.
• Secure pallets by stacking and shrink-wrapping them properly.
• Inspect goods for damage and report shortages or quality issues.
• Follow all facility safety guidelines and regulations.
• Submit paperwork for verification before loading trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support other departments with tasks as needed.

Job Requirements  

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Prior experience operating an electric pallet jack is essential.
• Previous experience as a warehouse picker is required.
