Job Description:
As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by accurately entering and verifying sales orders into our system, Odoo. You will collaborate closely with restaurant and grocery store managers, ensuring seamless order processing across multiple channels including Fax, Phone, WhatsApp, Text, and Email.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Enter and verify sales orders in Odoo with precision and attention to detail.
Customer Order Collection: Convert orders from various communication channels into structured sales orders.
Data Verification: Maintain the accuracy and completeness of customer and sales data in Odoo.
Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy and optimize order processing efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities: Support initiatives to enhance data management and order processing workflows.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with sales order management systems (e.g., Odoo, Netsuite, Sage, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics).
Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi is required, with other languages considered a plus.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Familiarity with Google Suite, eFax systems, and transcription services.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to data confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Odoo ERP, particularly with Sales and Invoicing modules, is advantageous.
Previous experience in data entry or related fields preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools for productivity enhancement is a plus.
