Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for working with data to drive business decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for working with various stakeholders to understand their business needs, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations, and developing reports and dashboards to communicate findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their business needs and data requirements
• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Automate data collection and reporting processes
• Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries
• Continuously monitor data quality and identify and resolve data-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
• Understanding of data modeling and database design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
