Chief Technology Officer

Position Overview

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology strategy and development for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can manage both hardware and software engineering teams and oversee product planning and project management to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the technology vision and strategy for the organization.
• Lead and manage teams across hardware engineering, software engineering, and quality assurance.
• Oversee product planning and project management initiatives to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Ensure the integration of cloud engineering solutions and maintain high standards for wire and wireless testing.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or similar leadership role in technology.
• Strong background in product planning and project management.
• Expertise in hardware and software engineering processes and best practices.
• Experience in quality assurance methodologies and cloud engineering.
• Familiarity with wire and wireless testing standards and techniques.

Salary: $170k-$225k
