JOB SUMMARY As Contracts and Pricing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of contracts and pricing strategies for our staffing services. This position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in contract management, negotiation, and a deep understanding of pricing structures within the staffing industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES Contract Management Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure contract terms are in alignment with company policies.
Pricing Strategy Develop and implement pricing strategies for staffing services to remain competitive in the market.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and client needs to optimize pricing models and enhance profitability.
Client Engagement Work closely with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and tailor pricing proposals accordingly.
Engage in client negotiations to secure favorable contract terms and pricing agreements.
Financial Analysis Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of pricing changes on the company's revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with finance teams to develop and maintain accurate pricing models and cost structures.
Relationship Building Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Provide guidance and support to sales teams in addressing pricing-related inquiries from clients.
Document Repository Create complete template library for Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Client Service Agreements, Contractor/Employee Agreements, Partner Agreements, Amendments, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on staffing services.
- Strong knowledge of contracting language required for sales contracts such as limitation of liability, indemnification, risk-aversion clauses.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies within the staffing industry.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
