Job Description

As a Virtual Communications/Reservationist Assistant for Travel, you will play a vital role in coordinating travel reservations and managing client communications.

Your responsibilities include:
  1. Reservation Management: Handle travel reservations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  2. Client Communications: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with travel inquiries, bookings, modifications, and provide excellent customer service.

  3. Travel Coordination: Work closely with travel vendors, partners, and team members to coordinate travel logistics, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

  4. Sales Support: Assist with sales efforts by promoting travel packages, upselling additional services, generating leads, and maximizing commission opportunities.

  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client communications, reservations, payments, and other relevant information. Generate reports as needed.

  6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, preferences, and feedback to enhance the overall travel experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in travel reservations, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and maximizing commission opportunities.
