CNC Machine Operator

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including CNC Mills and CNC Lathes, according to blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect finished products using gages and calipers to ensure conformance to quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Keep detailed records of production outputs and machine operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, with hands-on experience in CNC set-up and operation.
• Familiarity with CNC Swiss machines is a plus.
• Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with precision measurement tools such as gages and calipers.
• Knowledge of lathe set-up and operation.
