Position Overview:
As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you'll lead the development and execution of revenue strategies, focusing on innovative advertising solutions across social media platforms and podcast networks. This is an incredible opportunity for a proven executive with a strong background in corporate media, digital advertising, and sales leadership. You'll work collaboratively with content, marketing, and sales teams to create and implement a roadmap that aligns with the organization's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Revenue Strategies: Create and execute innovative strategies to maximize advertising-based revenue streams.
Lead Sales Teams: Mentor, expand, and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on digital advertising, brand partnerships, and sponsorships, with clear KPIs and performance metrics.
Analyze Markets: Monitor trends, analyze market opportunities, and adjust strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Drive Advertising Innovation: Design and launch new ad products, branded content offerings, and programmatic revenue channels to diversify revenue streams.
Build Client Relationships: Establish strong connections with major brands, media agencies, and advertisers, serving as a trusted partner for high-value clients.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with content creators, marketing, and product teams to align revenue initiatives with audience growth and content goals.
Optimize Revenue Performance: Use data-driven insights to enhance ad performance, optimize monetization opportunities, and increase user lifetime value.
Manage Budgets: Oversee revenue budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring profitability and meeting growth targets.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in corporate media, advertising sales, or a leadership role driving revenue.
Proven track record of scaling digital media revenue through advertising and sponsorships.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience engagement, and performance metrics across platforms like YouTube, X, Instagram, and podcasting.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into impactful revenue strategies.
