Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor, direct and administer all aspects of production workflow
• Develop staff by setting and communicating performance/production expectations, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching, and mentoring
• Help to create goals and objectives for the department, which include an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business
• Keep up to date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures while serving as a liaison with the factory representatives, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy
• Address customer requests, questions, and concerns in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Body Shop Manager
• Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of computers
• Possess a valid in-state driver's license
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
