We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Health Coach to join our dynamic team and support our medical clinics. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

**Position Details:**

- **Location:** Florida
- **Language Requirement:** Bilingual in English and Spanish
- **Hours:** Primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with potential evening, weekend, or holiday shifts based on business needs.
- **Salary:** Up to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide care management functions both on-site and via telephone as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HRS, and OSHA standards, maintaining strict confidentiality with all patient information.
- Handle incoming calls, offering resolutions for inquiries related to appointments, clinical or referral questions, medical records, and billing.
- Promote patient self-management using basic medical knowledge, experience, and skills to ensure quality outcomes and appropriate resource utilization.

**Qualifications:**

- Certification/licensure as an LSCSW, LPN, Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant, or equivalent, as per Florida state requirements.
- Minimum of 2+ years of front desk experience in a medical setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical practice and excellent computer skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated positive customer service skills.
