We are seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warranty administration and be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
As a Warranty Administrator you will play a vital role in efficiently managing and processing warranty claims for our Chrysler Dodge Ram service department. Your primary responsibilities will involve accurately completing warranty claim forms coordinating with manufacturers and ensuring compliance with warranty guidelines. You will work closely with our service advisors technicians and customers to facilitate smooth claim processing and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Warranty Claim Processing:
Accurately complete warranty claim forms for Chrysler Dodge Ram vehicles.
Verify warranty coverage and eligibility for each claim.
Gather and organize all necessary documentation required by the manufacturer.
Submit completed claims to the appropriate manufacturer or warranty provider.
Track and monitor the status of claims ensuring timely resolution and reimbursement.
Process warranty claims for customers
Communicate with customers regarding their warranty claims
Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims Work with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs
Manage and maintain warranty parts inventoryExperience:
At least 1 year of experience in warranty administration
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Job Summary:
2. Documentation and RecordKeeping:
Maintain organized and detailed records of warranty claims repair orders and related documents.
Input and update warranty claim information in the dealerships computer system accurately.
Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping to support warranty claims and audits.
3. Communication and Coordination:
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to obtain necessary information for warranty claims.
Communicate effectively with manufacturers and warranty providers regarding claim status rejections and approvals.
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries related to warranty claims.
4. Warranty Audits and Compliance:
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty programs and guidelines.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the warranty claims process.
Keep uptodate with warranty policies and procedures to ensure adherence to the latest guidelines.
5. Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries or concerns related to warranty coverage and claim status.
Maintain a customerfocused approach when handling warrantyrelated issues providing timely and accurate information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in automotive technology or administration is a plus).
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in an automotive dealership or service department.
Proficient computer skills including experience with warranty claim processing software and dealership management systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of Chrysler Dodge Ram warranty programs guidelines and procedures (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
