The ideal candidate will be able to do it all on the front end of the business (preferably with 3 years of CCC estimating experience) while making sure their technicians are on task and getting the parts and direction they need. Responsibilities:

· Direct daily activities of the body shop to ensure vehicles are repaired to meet company and insurance standards.

· Maintain a positive relationship with insurance companies, have the ability to communicate and monitor all work to ensure the customer and insurance companies' needs are being met.

· Resolve customer requests, questions, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner.

· Provide and maintain a safe work environment by explaining, monitoring, and enforcing company safety procedures and complying with OSHA requirements.

· Establishes and maintains good vendor relationships.

· Maintains effective employee relations.

· Attend daily production meetings.

· Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

· I-CAR certification (preferred)

· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

· General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operation

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Experience providing quality customer service

· Valid Drivers License is required

· Must be a team-oriented individual
