What You’ll Do

• Manage 60+ bank accounts and 80+ investment account across multiple parties and entities
• Prepare and deliver monthly bank reconciliations, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
• Prepare monthly investment account reconciliation
• Prepare intercompany journal entries
• Record and classify financial transactions for a diverse client portfolio exceeding $20 million
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, daily ledger activity, and monthly cash flow projections using Agilink software
• Respond to client and partner inquiries, executing special projects with precision and professionalism

What You Bring

• Proven experience in accounting or finance, with strong proficiency in  Agilink software
• Expertise in  bank reconciliations ,  general ledger accounting , and  financial analysis
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in tools such as  Microsoft Excel ,  Microsoft Office , and  QuickBooks
• A self-motivated, results-driven attitude, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in  budgeting ,  forecasting , and preparing comprehensive financial reports
• Flexibility and reliability to succeed in a remote work environment
